Greek Marinated Chicken

Serves 4

  • 1lb boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1/2C plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp oregano, dried
  • 1/4 C chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic

In a large ziplock bag, combine all ingredients together. Place inside refrigerator for at least 30 minutes but no more than 2 hours. Remove chicken from bag and shake off excess marinade. Enjoy chicken grilled or baked!
