Flank Steak Marinade

  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil, extra-virgin
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 1/2 TB Garlic Powder
  • 3 TB Dried Basil
  • 1 1/2 TB Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 t White Pepper
  • 1/8 t Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 TB Fresh Garlic, crushed
  1. Mix all ingredients in large Ziplock bag and add meat.
  2.  Refrigerate up to 8 hours, turning the bag over periodically.
  3. Cook meat as desired.
*enough for 2 flank steaks

Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 1/3 C fresh cilantro
  • 2/3 C fresh parsley
  • 1/4 C white onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 C white wine vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushes red pepper
  1. Add ingredients to blender and mix until puréed.
Serves 10
