Marinated Flank Steak

Serves 6-8
2 lb flank steak
1/3 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C olive oil
1/3 C Worcestershire
Juice of 1-2 lemons
Juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp dried basil
1 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp black pepper
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients in large Ziplock bag and add meat.
  2.  Refrigerate up to 8 hours, turning the bag over periodically.
  3. Cook meat as desired.
*enough for 2lb flank steaks

Chimichurri Sauce
Serves 8
1 1/4 C fresh Cilantro
3/4 C fresh parsley
1/2 C white wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic
50 g green onion
Juice of 1 lime
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1.) Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée!
**For a creamier sauce and added protein, add 1-2 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt to each serving.
