Protein Oatmeal

1 serving
1 packet instant oatmeal
2-3 egg whites
2/3 c almond milk
Liquid stevia
Banana, blueberries, etc. optional
1.) Prepare instant oatmeal as directed with almond milk.
2.) Stir in egg whites, 1 dropper of liquid stevia, and cinnamon to prepared oatmeal and microwave for 30 seconds.
3.) Stir and cook in microwave in 30 second increments until desired consistency is achieved.
4.) Top with fruit of choice and enjoy!
Approx macros:
C 45 F 2 P 20
**For more fat, sub 1 egg for 1 egg white.
**For more carb, stir in 2 tbsp PB2
