Breaded Zucchini Bakes

-1 medium zucchini (~14 oz)
-4 tbs almond flour
-4 tbs coconut flour
-2 egg whites
-1 tbs onion powder
-1 tsp salt (or to taste)
-1/2 tbs rosemary
-1 tbs minced garlic
Heat oven to 275 degrees
Prepare flour mixture by mixing together seasonings, coconut flour, and almond flour
Slice zucchini into thin slices
Dip each slice into egg whites so that it is covered, and lightly coat with flour mixture on each side
Lay each prepared slice onto a bake sheet and bake for 10 min, then flip, and bake for another 10 min or until browned
