Pre Heat Oven to 450 degrees. Butterfly chicken breasts. Season each generously with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together in medium bowl. Beat egg whites lightly in medium bowl.
Place one slice ham and two slices cheese in each chicken breast (should be 11 chicken breasts total). Dip each stuffed breast into egg whites and then coat with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese mixture.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until done!
