Every month I am going to begin offering a recipe challenge to all the members on my members only site. I will share the recipe love with of you to enjoy! This month’s winner is Lauren Lett with her Peach Cobbler Shake. Lauren won a protein supplement of her choice with this recipe. It is pretty creative I must say!
This shake would be a perfect pre workout shake with higher carbs and lower amounts of fat. Add 1/2 TB coconut oil or 1 TB almond butter for a post workout shake.
Peach Cobbler Shake:
1 cup almond milk unsweetened
3/4 cup frozen peaches (adjust depending on your macros)
1/3 cup oats (also adjust…to me, the oatier the better!)
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp Lorann’s Natural Oils Cream cheese flavor
1/2-1 tsp Lorann’s Natural Oils Maple Extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein (SFH)
