Beach Travel Workout

Warm up: 10 min run
15 -single leg extensions (sit on chair and kick out with band looped around ankle)
15- single leg curls (face opposite direction and curl on chair)
WOD on beach- 12 min AMRAP
10 pistols *try holding on to band first then try without assistance (right and left = 1rep)
50m bear crawl
50m crab walk
